Greg Cole serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He provides executive leadership to AgHeritage FCS and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Greg joined the Farm Credit System more than 40 years ago as a student intern with the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis. During his tenure, Greg served in various roles; Branch Manager, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Chief Operating Officer. Cole is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Economics. He is also a graduate of Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Greg serves on the Farm Credit System Presidents Planning Committee (member of the Finance Committee), Ag Development Council and Arkansas State University College of Agriculture Advisory Board.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Blake Swindle holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He oversees the Branch Managers and the Association's Agribusiness/Capital markets portfolio and team.
Drue Ford began his career with AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in 2000. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Drue, who holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, oversees the Association's credit and investment portfolios.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ken Sumner is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ken oversees the Association’s accounting and finance departments.
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer
Leslie Brown joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in February 2015. She holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer. Leslie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where she obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialized Certification. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, World at Work and the Arkansas Compensation Association, currently serving as Treasurer.
Drew Taylor began his career with AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in 1996. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and a Master of Business Administration from Harding University. Drew, who holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, oversees the Association's Information Technology, Business Enablement and Compliance areas.
