Shadow several positions throughout the organization
Work with our Credit department, Branch Operations, Marketing, and Senior Leaders
On-site customer visits
Research and analysis of certain sales activity data
What it takes:
Some daily travel
Must have own transportation and housing
Candidates in the junior and senior year of college or graduating seniors preferred
Prefer course of study in Business or Ag Business with an interest in financial service industry
Knowledge or experience in rural lifestyle or Ag background helpful
