Board of Directors

In addition to 262 acres of timber, Jerry farms rice, soybeans and wheat on 1,485 acres. Jerry has been a board member since 2002. He serves as the Board Chairman and is on the Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee.  Jerry also serves on the Arkansas County Farm Bureau Board.

Jeff farms corn, rice, and soybeans on 935 acres owned and 2,700 acres partially owned with family for a total of 4,200 acres. Jeff was appointed to the board in 2017 and serves on the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Human Resources Committee. He is also the Board Vice Chairman. He serves on the Arkansas Ag Council Board, Arkansas Rice Council Board, Arkansas Rice Federation Board, Arkansas Rice Research and Promotion Board, USA Rice Council Board, Jackson County Farm Bureau Board, Newport Levee Board, and AgriBank District Farm Credit Council Board. He is a deacon and bible class teacher at Holden Avenue Church of Christ. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Agronomy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Russell farms corn, wheat, rice, and soybeans on 5,000 acres. Russell has been a board member since 2006. He serves on the Finance Committee.

Dow farms cotton, corn, rice and soybeans on 1,560 acres owned and 12,000 acres rented.  Dow is also a managing member of Central Grain, Brantley Farming and Brantley and Sons.  He was elected to the board in August 2020 and serves on the Executive Committee, Human Resources Committee Chairman, and Finance Committee.  He serves on the Lonoke County Farm Bureau Board, Arkansas Rice Federation, Arkansas Rice Council, USA Rice Federation Board, USA Rice International Trade Policy, and Arkansas Ag Council.  Dow is a member of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences from the University of Arkansas. 

Chuck has served as an outside director since 1992. He serves on the Risk Committee. Chuck is a retired director of external relations for the UA System Division of Agriculture, has an LL.M. degree in agricultural law, and been a member of the Arkansas Bar since 1981. He also serves as Lay Leader of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville and as parliamentarian for the Arkansas UM Annual Conference. Chuck is a member of the Fayetteville North Camp of Gideon’s International, is a past club president and Assistant District Governor in Rotary International District 6110, and currently serves on the board of Butterfield Trail Village, a faith based life care facility in Fayetteville.

Derek farms beans rice cotton and corn. He has served on the United Soybean Board and the US Soybean Export Council. He currently serves on the Jackson County Farm Bureau. 

Mark farms rice on 2,000 acres owned and 1,000 acres rented.  He is also a partner in Zero Grade Farms and Generation Farms.  Mark was elected to the board in August 2020 and serves on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee and Audit Committee.  He serves on ARVA Intelligence Board, Field to Market, Ag Council of Arkansas, H20 Initiative, Arkansas Irrigation Science Technical Work Group, Winrock’s American Carbon Registry Steering Committee of US SRP, and USA Rice Committees – Sustainability, Conservation, International Promotion, Asia Trade Policy and Rice Leadership.  Mark is a member of The Summit Church.  He is also an agricultural speaker, writer and lecturer at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Mark has a Masters of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelors of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Brandon Martin (Central Region) of Judsonia was elected to his first 4-year term. Martin is a cattle and poultry farmer with 200 acres owned and 400 acres rented. He serves on the Finance Committee and Human Resources Committee. He is a member of the White County Farm Bureau Board, Arkansas Hereford Association Board, and White County Central Schools Board. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business from Arkansas State University.

Sandra has served as an outside director since 2015. She serves on the Executive Committee and is the Audit Committee Chair. Sandra retired from Riceland Foods, Inc., where she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. Sandra is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountancy and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Cory Rowe farms corn, rice and soybeans on 750 acres owned and 650 acres rented. In addition to farming, he owns and operates several farm-related service businesses.  Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, with a minor in Agricultural Economics, from Mississippi State University. He sits on the board of Chicot Irrigation and is a former Lake Village City Council Member. 

Rhonda works with her husband, Victor, to manage 975 family-owned acres of corn, rice and soybeans. She is also VP of Finance and Administration at Black River Technical College in Pocahontas and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arkansas. She serves on the Audit Committee and Risk Committee.  Stone holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Science in Vocational/Technical Administration, a SCCT Community College Administration from Arkansas State University, and is a graduate of the College Management Business Institute at the University of Kentucky. In addition, she is a member of Sutton Free Will Baptist Church, a Past President and member of the Arkansas Association of College and University Business Officers, a member of the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, a member of Arkansas Society of CPAs, Past President and member of Northeast Chapter of Arkansas Society of CPAs and Past President and member of Randolph County Kiwanis Club.

Harrell Wilson (Southern Region) of Rison was elected to his first 4-year term. A hardwood sawmill owner, Wilson farms pine and hardwood timber on 17,500 acres owned. He serves on the Finance Committee and Risk Committee.  Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He serves on the Camp Wyldewood Board, Cleveland County School Board, Arkansas Forestry Association Board, AFA Education Foundation Board and UAM Foundation Board. Wilson is a former member of the AgHeritage Nominating Committee.
