AgHeritage Farm Credit Services Executive Leadership Team

As directed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team provides leadership and direction for AgHeritage FCS.

Greg Cole
President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Cole serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services.  He provides executive leadership to AgHeritage FCS and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Greg joined the Farm Credit System more than 40 years ago as a student intern with the Farm Credit Bank of St. Louis.  During his tenure, Greg served in various roles; Branch Manager, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, and Chief Operating Officer. Cole is a graduate of Arkansas State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Economics. He is also a graduate of Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Greg serves on the Farm Credit System Presidents Planning Committee (member of the Finance Committee), Ag Development Council and Arkansas State University College of Agriculture Advisory Board. 

Blake Swindle
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Blake Swindle holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. He oversees the Branch Managers and the Association's Agribusiness/Capital markets portfolio and team. 

JimBob Reynolds
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

JimBob Reynolds serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Agricultural Economics and Finance from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Texas Tech.

Drue Ford
Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor

Drue Ford began his career with AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in 2000. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Drue, who holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, oversees the Association's credit and investment portfolios.

Cara Brazeal
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Cara Brazeal joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in October 2020. She holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business with a minor in Sociology from Hendrix College, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa Delta International Honor Society in Sociology. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ARCPA).

Leslie Brown
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer

Leslie Brown joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in February 2015. She holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer. Leslie is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, where she obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialized Certification.  She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, World at Work and the Arkansas Compensation Association, currently serving as Treasurer.

Drew Taylor
Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer

Drew Taylor began his career with AgHeritage Farm Credit Services in 1996. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and a Master of Business Administration from Harding University.  Drew, who holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, oversees the Association's Information Technology, Business Enablement and Compliance areas.

In Memory of Ken Sumner

Ken was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2009 until his passing on October 22, 2024. Ken had a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and was a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.  He was also a Certified Public Accountant.  We honor him by remembering what a great man he was and the impact he had on all of us.  Ken is greatly missed by his coworkers and those who knew him.
