DTN MORNING COMMENTS: The country is quiet this morning, and it is looking like a typically quiet Monday, as both packers and producers are busy preparing for the week ahead. Bids and asking prices have yet to be established, and significant trade volume will likely be delayed until much later in the week. Beef cutouts are expected to be higher with generally light box movement. All cattle feeding subscribers are encouraged to report sales in a timely fashion, to compensate for the systematic delays of mandatory reporting.
