Corn futures are 3 to 4 cents higher at midday Friday; soybean futures are 3 to 4 cents higher; wheat futures are 3 to 5 cents lower. The U.S. stock market is weaker with the S&P 50 points lower. The U.S. Dollar Index is 39 points lower. The interest rate products are firmer. Energy trade is mixed with crude .97 higher with natural gas .06 lower. Livestock trade is sharply higher. Precious metals are mixed with gold up .50.
