The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting was held on April 23. Following the annual meeting, mail ballots were sent to all eligible voting stockholders for the annual director election. We are pleased to announce Clay Schaefer and Jeff Rutledge were re-elected.
The following stockholders were also elected to serve for one-year on the Nominating Committee: Ronald Aaron, Matt Hibbard, John Hamilton, Doug Medford, Brandon Parker, Clay Poole, Harrell Wilson, Jason Smith and Tommy Young.
