Connie Sorrells has joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services as a Business Analyst, effective July 8.
“We are excited to have Connie join the team,” said Drew Taylor, Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer. “She brings to the position a diverse background of lending, agribusiness and legal experience, and we are happy to have her on board.”
Sorrells most recently worked for Southern Bancorp Community Partners as a Community Inclusion Lender. Prior to that she served nearly a decade as a Specialized Loan Processor with Farm Credit Midsouth (now known as Farm Credit Mid-America). She also worked for a West Memphis law firm for more than five years.
A native of Marion, Sorrells holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Arkansas State University. She will be working both in the company’s Central Office in Little Rock and remotely.
AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is a financial cooperative with owned and managed assets of approximately $2.46 billion as of December 31, 2023. The company provides credit and related services to approximately 6,300 farmers,
ranchers, and producers or harvesters of aquatic products in 24 Arkansas counties. Branch offices are located in Batesville, Brinkley, Lonoke, McGehee, Newport, Pine Bluff, Pocahontas, Searcy and Stuttgart.
