AgHeritage Farm Credit Services will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, for the purpose of presenting the reports of the association and opening the election process for directors and the nominating committee.
The meeting will be at the Association’s Central Office located at 119 East Third Street in Little Rock, and will begin at 2:00 P.M. The Annual Meeting Information Statement was mailed to stockholders on March 24.
AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is a customer-owned rural and agriculture lender with owned and managed assets of approximately $2.80 billion as of December 31, 2024. The company provides credit and related services to approximately 6,700 farmers, ranchers, rural residents and the agribusiness industry in 24 Arkansas counties
