Brennan Hodges of Searcy and Matthew Montgomery of Maumelle have joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services as Credit Officer Trainees at the company’s Central Office in Little Rock.
Hodges holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies and a Master of Business Administration Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in business administration and finance, both from Harding University. Before joining AgHeritage he most recently worked for RiverWind Bank in White County.
Montgomery graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance. He most recently served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Eagle Bank Mortgage.
“We are excited to have Brennan and Matthew join the Credit Department here in the Central Office,” said AgHeritage Vice President of Credit Jason Hill. “They are both incredibly talented young men, and I can’t wait to see what they bring to the team.”

The company provides credit and related services to approximately 6,300 farmers, ranchers, producers or harvesters of aquatic products and rural homeowners in 24 Arkansas counties.
